Chris Atkins, Product and Partner Marketing, Sun Microsystems UK

Chris Atkins is responsible for managing Sun UK's product and partner marketing teams.

Chris has been in the IT industry for over 30 years. Since joining Sun 12 years ago, Chris's responsibilities have included Storage Marketing, Client Solutions Marketing and Customer Insight. Prior to Sun, Chris held Sales and Marketing management positions in Burroughs Machines, Gould SEL Computers, and Encore Computer Corporation.

Chris' areas of expertise include the opportunities and issues that are driving customers' IT strategy today, Sun's marketing strategy, as well as Sun's overall business and product strategy.
