Jay Huff, Senior Marketing Director, UK & Ireland

As Senior Marketing Director for Sun Microsystems UK and Ireland, Jay is responsible for the perception and positioning of the Sun brand within the UK and Ireland, and driving business growth through identification of market trends, opportunities and customer needs. He oversees Sun's UK and Ireland direct and partner marketing programmes, public relations, analyst engagement, direct marketing and events.

Jay joined Sun in 2005 as part of the SeeBeyond acquisition where he was the EMEA Marketing Director. His most recent role has been GSSM Senior Director, Software Practice where he was responsible for software field marketing on a global basis.

Jay has more than 25 years experience in IT, holding technical and marketing director roles at EDS, Computer Associates, Informix Corporation, Ascential Software and SeeBeyond.
