Services Director, Sun Microsystems UK & Ireland

Tony leads the Sun UK & Ireland Services Team and is responsible for service delivery on both Sun and Multi-Vendor platforms. This includes managing Engineers, Service Account Managers (SAM's), Client Delivery Executives, Proactive Technical Analysts and Escalation Management. Tony focuses on Sun’s customers and customer satisfaction, employees and their development and operational management.

Prior to joining Sun in 2001, Tony worked at ICL as a Senior Operations Manager and before that he worked for a Sun Delivery Partner called Service Partners Limited.
He also worked for Rank Xerox in a Research & Development environment for six years.

Tony joined Sun in February 2001 as a Sector Service Manager and then went on to a managed services role in the City before joining Sun's Professional Services Division and becoming the Professional Services Delivery Director. Tony became Services Director in July 2008.

Tony has a Bsc in Physics and Engineering Science from Hatfield Polytechnic.
