Full Payout Lease - What is a Full Payout Lease?
The Full Payout Lease is a standard finance lease. It differs from the FMV Lease in the following ways:
- There is no option to purchase the equipment at the end of term
- Rentals are based on the full equipment cost with no residual value assumed
- There is no potential to take the assets off balance sheet
