Technical Training and Support

The APRC's are responsible for providing their ISV's with access to a level of technical training and support. APRC's will support the ISV in both the development of their offerings and sales of their solutions relating to Sun products. There should also be a help desk facility for ISV related support issues.

Available support resource should include:

• Technical account management, particularly for the more strategic/larger accounts
  

• A help desk facility
  

• Delivery of regular technical information and updates
  

• Pre-sales support

Sun Educational Services provides expert training, through specific job-function learning suites, which are collections of education consulting, courseware either classroom-based or web-based training and professional certification programmes.
