Cat5 Keyboard Video Mouse switch (KVM)

The Cat5 Keyboard Video Mouse switches provide secure local access to the monitor keyboard and mouse of up to 256 servers from a single Console monitor keyboard and mouse over Cat5 cable structure up to distances of 40 meters.

Server Compatibility:

The Cat5 KVM supports all current Sun Servers with DVI and USB or VGA and either USB or PS2 interfaces.

Expandability:

Up to 256 Servers can be controlled by a single Monitor, keyboard and mouse by cascading multiple KVM switches. The Cascade port of one switch connects to the Console's VGA port of the next via a 1.8 meter Cascade cable.
