The DfCSF programme, Building Schools for the Future (BSF), aims to raise educational attainment by rebuilding or refurbishing every secondary school in England over a period of 10-15 years. In order to achieve this transformation of the learning environment, innovative and sustainable construction designs are required, as well as the complete integration of ICT.

From its original roots in Education at Stanford University, Sun Microsystems has become a global company in the business of developing technologies that power the world's most important markets.
