Terms and Conditions:
- Bookings must be made between 21st January 2008 and 29th February 2008. You must quote 'UK38XTOM' at time of booking, the code cannot be added retrospectively.
- Delegates must attend the free seminar on 28th February AND book and attend the SL-275-SE6 Java Programming Language course at the Leeds Training Centre commencing the 31st March 2008, to be eligible for the free Tom Tom™.
- No other offers, discounts or promotions apply.
- Sun reserves the right to substitute the model of Tom Tom™ if necessary. In case of a product fault this should be taken up with the Manufacturer directly and not with Sun Microsystems or Xpertise Training. There is no cash alternative. Please allow up to 28 days following your course attendance for delivery.
- From time-to-time it is necessary for you or for Sun to cancel an instructor-led class. Should this happen, a Sun training representative will work with you personally to reschedule the class to keep you on your training and certification path. Please be aware that should you decide to cancel your course, all Sun cancellation policies apply and you will not be eligible for the free gift.
- Sun Corporate Learning Pass members and Sun employees are not eligible for this promotion.
