08:00 | Arrival – Registration at the RAFYC, Rope Walk, Hamble - Breakfast |
09:00 | Welcome and crew briefing |
09:30 | Board the yachts for training |
11:00 | Racing commences on the Solent with up to three races |
13:00 | Lunch on board the yachts

16:45 | Yachts return to Hamble |
17:15 | Bar Opens |
18:30 | BBQ dinner in Sun Sail marquee for all crews |
20:30 | Crew photos from the day, video, charity auction, prize giving and open bar |
22:00 | Depart at leisure by land, sea or air… |
