The insurance industry has long been characterised by providers “pushing” their products into a mass market where campaign returns tend to be measured in fractions of 1%, often a costly and brand damaging modus operandi. The speaker will lay out a new initiative which puts the consumer at the centre of the insurance ecosystem and will argue that this will benefit consumer, provider and broker alike.
