Sun Cluster Advanced Edition for Oracle RAC (WET-3094)

The Sun Cluster Advanced Edition for Oracle RAC (WET-3094) Tech Talk provides students with background, configuration, and performance information about running Oracle 9i Real Application Clusters (RAC) and Oracle 10g RAC in the Sun Cluster environment using Sun StorEdge Shared QFS files and Solaris Volume Manager Multi-Owner disksets. The Shared QFS filesystem is the first file system to support RAC data in the Sun Cluster environment, and the Solaris Volume Manager (with the multi-owner diskset feature) is the first volume manager to be supported underneath it.
