Instructor Softskills
If not previously completed, the instructor also attends an Instructor Readiness Training class specifically designed to sharpen their "softskills." Designed by an expert who conducted extensive research on presentation and classroom management, the course takes instructor skills to the next level. Now, not only does the instructor have experience, training and Sun certification - they have the skills and techniques to deliver the knowledge in the classroom setting.
